Heat Pump with Mini Split Installation - I wish everyone we hired worked as well.  The initial appointment, his estimate/presentation, installation team professionalism & cleanliness (everyday they prepared the entry point of my house, path to the attic and on their way out took all debris and prep area messes with them) and now feeling the heat and the quietness of our new system is outstanding! We went through a first floor renovation this year and decided to hire Jason and his team for a whole house ducted Heat pump system. He was very communicative and answered every question we had.  His crew was also very knowledgeable and friendly. Jason and his team stood out  from other contractors because of their excellent communication skills and customer service. After calling about eight different HVAC companies, I was able to get in touch with Jason who responded quickly.

He sent a technician over that fixed my heating system and walked with me through all the rooms to make sure the heat was working correctly.  He also told me to call a chimney sweeper cause they was a lot of dust in my vents and it was a potential fire hazard, which I appreciated.

During the only week which it was sweltering hot in MA this summer, our 3 year old unit decided that sending cool air to our house was no longer its job. We were referred to Jason by our contractor and thank goodness—he sent one of his team right out to us, who diagnosed our problem quickly, gave us some advice about some things the original installer should have, and returned with the part and we had cool air flowing in under an hour. We just had First Class TinKnocker, LLC install a ductless mini-split system in our house. Jason came out and gave us several options. One thing is clear, they want to do the job right, not just quick and easiest for them. You see these systems installed with all sorts of lines run outside the house. Jason came up with an option which minimized the exterior runs of the tubing. 90% of the install cannot be seen from the outside, none of it from the front of the house. What you can see is very neat. The runs inside the house are also neat and hidden in places you really don't even notice. Jason and his entire crew were personable and professional through the entire process which went much faster than I had anticipated. To top it all off his price was about 65% of what the big name guys wanted and I feel we got a better result in the end. We are very happy we went with First Class TinKnocker. I recently used First Class TinKnocker LLC for an urgent fix on my home's HVAC heating system. On the coldest day of this winter, my heating was pumping cold air :( From start to finish, my experience with Jason and his technician was excellent.

Jason responded quickly, and even though, he was fully booked on that day, he managed to send his tech person to see what was the problem. During the system check, the tech discovered a small leak in the system, and he was able to fix it on the spot. His tech was helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing and answered any questions I had about the system. He also gave me some tips on how to keep the system running smoothly.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by First Class TinKnocker LLC. They were prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable, and the technician did an excellent job! I would recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC services. Daniela A.
